Economic integration & building trust
Replicable trust frameworks; AfCFTA watch.
Think tank
PIPRA Africa Holdings operates simultaneously as a technology company and as a think tank. The first deploys solutions and generates revenue; the second shapes the policies, standards and frameworks that make deployment possible and sustainable.
AI illustrationThe ten commissions
Not honorary bodies but the factory of doctrine and the bridge to public authorities. Each produces replicable frameworks and is attached to documents of the reference collection that it keeps current.
Replicable trust frameworks; AfCFTA watch.
Portfolio direction; technical replication principles.
Sector and country-entry playbooks.
Health module (RealMeds, public laboratories); authentication standards.
Data policies, scoring, ethics and confidentiality.
SDG alignment; impact measurement; loss reduction.
Engine to identify champion ministries; policy framing.
Skills transfer (Build-Operate-Transfer); local talent pools.
Trade Pass Finance family; mobilisation of DFIs.
Anthropological reading and ethnographic due diligence.
The strategic framework
The Pan-African Strategic Framework is not frozen: it is maintained by the think tank. Each document answers one question.
Method
The framework is written from four combined perspectives — corporate strategy, business strategy, African multi-territorial marketing and socio-community anthropology. These disciplines structure the analysis; they never allow a verifiable datum to be replaced by a supposition.
Three registers of information run through every page: findings from PIPRA’s own record, projections and targets, and external benchmarks — each labelled with its state.
