One orchestrator
Affiliates deal with one African entity.
The Mauritian holding is the sole contractual, financial and technical orchestrator between the affiliates and the technology matrix. This protects affiliates, clarifies intellectual property at group level and lets the portfolio be pooled across all markets.
Each affiliate receives a localised instance: the same architecture, the same method and the same technology base, under its own national brand. A subsidiary cannot deviate from the standard — and R&D costs are pooled.
