Mission
Leverage intelligent technology orchestration to elevate African economies, fostering trust, communication and transparency in business markets and businesses.
The group
PIPRA Africa Holdings industrialises a model proven in Cameroon: digital business sovereignty, end-to-end traceability, and data turned into financial assets. Country after country, across Africa.

From proof to ambition
In less than two years, PIPRA Cameroun S.A. transformed a traceability technology into a national ecosystem that combines public regulation, international standardisation, citizen trust and financial inclusion. It is not a point of arrival. It is the operating prototype of a model designed from day one to be replicated at continental scale.
Our founding thesis is simple. African economies do not suffer primarily from a deficit of products or demand, but from a verifiable deficit of confidence: between producers and consumers, between companies and banks, between national markets and international buyers. Where confidence cannot be proved, trade becomes more expensive, credit scarce, and value flees.
PIPRA makes trust a technology-driven infrastructure, rooted in public policy and anchored in communities.

Leverage intelligent technology orchestration to elevate African economies, fostering trust, communication and transparency in business markets and businesses.
To become the leading business group in Africa, driving continental economic integration through cutting-edge technologies rooted in trust and transparency, in line with the African Continental Free Trade Area.
Trust is not added as an afterthought. It is designed into the architecture of every product, every value chain and every relationship.
Trust by Design in four mechanisms
Cameroon gave the formula concrete content. Its scope goes beyond fighting counterfeiting: by making transactions readable and verifiable, it reduces the information asymmetry that makes credit expensive.
A unique, secure QR code per product or batch, linked to a tamper-proof history of origin, compliance and pathway.
A permanent, verifiable record of production and distribution events, accessible to authorised parties including financiers.
GS1 identification and national quality standards turn a promise into certifiable compliance and remove non-tariff barriers.
A structured channel for the end consumer to verify, report and appeal, anchoring trust in real use rather than declaration alone.
Legal and shareholder identity
PIPRA Africa Holdings is structured as an investment holding company in Mauritius under the Global Business Licence framework. Founded in January 2025 under the leadership of Armand Gaetan Nguetî, it establishes affiliated companies in each African country to deploy the group’s vision.
The choice of Mauritius is structural, not symbolic. It has traditionally served both Francophone and Anglophone Africa and offers a dense treaty framework for cross-border investment: double-taxation and investment-protection agreements with many African states, and the reputation of a recognised financial centre.

| Founder | Contribution to the group | Role in the holding |
|---|---|---|
| Armand Gaetan Nguetî | Strategic vision, execution capacity on African ground, institutional anchoring and trust capital. Chairman for Africa at head-office level; architect of Cameroon’s success. | Chairman & CEO. Strategic direction, governance, high-level institutional relations. |
| PIPRA Solutions Private Limited | The group’s technology matrix (Hyderabad, India, since 2017): blockchain, AI, IoT, cloud and business software proven on more than 100 international projects. | Supplier of the technology portfolio, orchestrated and localised by the holding. Founding member. |
The holding is neither a technology resale agency nor a passive fund. It translates India’s technological capacity into economic, social and sovereign value in each market.
The structuring role of the holding
The hub holds doctrine, intellectual property, standards and financial capacity. Each country affiliate adapts the model to its cultural, economic and regulatory reality.
Affiliates contract with one dedicated African entity rather than the Indian headquarters: simpler legal framework, secured relationship, consolidated IP.
The holding mobilises and allocates capital so a young affiliate never has to raise alone, market by market, and investors gain one readable vehicle.
Through its think tank, common frameworks — entry methodology, suitability grids, KPIs, contract models — guarantee consistency and speed.
The value system
Trust is proven and measured — QR codes, immutable register, citizen scans. It is the product, not the argument.
Cutting-edge technologies at the service of real problems on the continent, not innovation for its own sake.
Strengthen the trade sovereignty of states and bring marginalised actors — women, youth, the informal sector — into formal circuits and financing.
Economically and environmentally sustainable models aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
Public-private and multi-stakeholder partnership is the default method: ministries, banks, standard-setters, associations, communities.
The stakeholder value promise
| Stakeholder | Value proposition |
|---|---|
| States & regulators | Digital trade sovereignty, monitoring and compliance tools, support for national development and industrialisation plans, AfCFTA alignment, economic intelligence on value chains. |
| Companies & producers | Product valuation, simplified compliance, access to national and international markets and, through the finance layer, access to credit thanks to traceability data. |
| Communities & citizens | Safe and authentic products, protected purchasing power, skilled jobs, inclusion of women, youth and the informal sector. |
| Investors | One readable vehicle for exposure to African growth; a proven, scalable model aligned with ESG criteria and the SDGs. |
| Local shareholders | Participation in the capital of affiliates, revenue sharing, long-term economic empowerment. |
| PIPRA Solutions (India) | A continent-wide deployment channel for its technology portfolio, orchestrated and localised by the holding. |
A technology can be copied. An ecosystem of trust woven into public policy and communities is far harder to copy. The defensible differentiator
